Description

A. Produced in a quantity of 20,000, the pull ring design is more suitable for plugging and unplugging in tight spaces, featuring a compact and precise design.
B. Meeting the performance requirements of Category 7 components, providing a usable bandwidth of up to 800MHz, suitable for communication socket connections between equipment and work areas.
C. The shielded housing adopts an integral die-casting process, with a fully enclosed shielding structure, effectively preventing electromagnetic interference, in compliance with industry standards for shielding effectiveness.
D. The housing material of the termination interface is made of PC material, and the pull ring is made of custom material, capable of withstanding over 300 pulls. All materials meet the REACH certification standards.
E. The IDC wire clamps are made of phosphor bronze, with a termination capability of over 250 times, suitable for 22-26AWG cables.
F. The termination punch-down slot features a 45-degree angled toothed design, facilitating easy termination by piercing through the cable insulation.
G. PCB wiring is designed for balanced lines to reduce interference. With high margin compliance (through ETL individual testing), it is backward compatible and can be used with lower category systems to avoid user investment loss.
H. Spiral locking design with a circular protective groove at the rear end to prevent excessive bending and detachment of the cable after termination.
I. The contact pins are arranged in a three-layer design, achieving maximum balance between wire pairs. The contact pins have a choice of 6μm-50μm gold plating and can withstand 1000 plug and unplug cycles.
