Short-body assembled crystal head with high tensile strength, after the sheath is installed into the clamping point of the crystal head, the tensile test is carried out. The sheath part can carry a tensile force of 20Kg for 1 minute, and the appearance and function are normal. The tensile force of all core wires can reach more than 20Kg, and the electrical signal is instantaneously interrupted <5μs.

The hole diameter of the sheath matches the wire diameter of the outer quilt of different specifications, and the interchangeability is strong.

3. Standard Test

After the product is assembled with the matching Cat.6A network cable into a patch cable, it is tested by the Fluke network tester.

The test can fully meet the requirements of the Cat.6A PATCH CORD test standard.

4. Product matching

The short-body assembly type high tensile resistance modular plug can install the network cable with the OD specification of 4.5~6.5mm outside the network cable; it can install the core wire with the ID specification of the network cable core wire of 0.80~1.05mm.

The shielding shell of the modular plug: It is made of brass with a thickness of T=0.50mm, which improves the overall structural strength and rigidity of the modular plug, and can greatly reduce the interference during signal transmission.
