1. Appearance identification

2. Dimensional verification

(1) Plug and match the information module with the network jumper. If the plugging is smooth, it indicates that the interface size of the information module is qualified. If the interface size of the information module is unqualified, it will make it difficult to plug and unplug the jumper, resulting in network faults such as short circuit and open circuit.

(2) Install and match the information module with 86 network information panel or empty distribution frame. If the installation and unloading are smooth, it indicates that the overall dimension of the module is qualified. On the contrary, if the overall dimension of the information module is unqualified, it will cause failures such as failure to install or difficult to unload.

3. Performance verification

Using the cable test instrument, select the single strand network cable of the corresponding performance category according to the performance category of the information module, and use the perlink test limit for test verification. The test result is "pass", indicating that the standard of the module meets the specified performance index. On the contrary, the module performance index is unqualified, which will cause many network faults in the actual network use.

Product installation conditions

(1) The information module shall be firmly installed in a flat place with a cover plate outside. The information socket installed on the raised floor or ground shall be fixed in the junction box. The socket panel has vertical and horizontal forms; The junction box has an opening to prevent dust.

(2) The socket installed on the wall shall be 30cm higher than the ground. If the floor is raised, the clear height inside the raised floor shall be added. The fixing screws shall be tightened without looseness.
