COBTEL's new industrial threaded knob sheath is finally here! This sheath is primarily used for signal transmission in industrial robots, industrial cameras, and other equipment. It is suitable for use in industrial drag chains and flexible cable connections. Let's unveil its mysteries.
I. Application Scenarios:
The threaded sleeve + nut, when assembled with a side-winged rj45 plug, can resist bending and increase the cable's tensile strength. It is suitable for the connection and signal transmission of high-end server rooms, high-definition surveillance, data centers, Internet+, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence (AI), hospitals, schools, public places, and 5G equipment.
II. Product Design Advantages:
This product has an aesthetically pleasing appearance, in line with modern aesthetics. Both sides have reserved space for logo engraving, allowing for customized branding for customers. The sleeve is a new product independently developed by our company and possesses complete intellectual property rights.
After the sleeve is assembled with the nut and rj45 plug, it can withstand more than 3000 swing tests and meet the requirements of the tensile strength test at 89N/MIN., with no abnormal appearance.
The new sleeve can accommodate cable sizes ranging from OD6.0mm to 7.5mm. After the cable is assembled and tightened with the nut, it provides stable dragging, making it particularly suitable for drag chain cables used in industrial robotic arms.
III. Material Selection and Performance:
The material of the threaded sleeve is PA66, with a flame retardant rating of UL94V-0. This material has better elasticity and a longer lifespan in terms of the number of presses compared to PC material, nearly 7-8 times longer.
The surface of the sleeve adopts the VDI24 standard, providing a comfortable touch experience.
The rear end of the sleeve has good elasticity, and when secured with the nut through twisting, it ensures a firmer connection for jumper cables.
The material of the nut is PC, with a flame retardant rating of UL94V-0. Its surface is designed with a rotating strip pattern, making it easy to twist without slipping, and it can be well-matched with the sleeve, providing a secure connection for jumper cables.
Both the sleeve and nut are available in different colors to meet various customer preferences and requirements.
