One layer of cables requires 2 fixing brackets and 1 base, while two layers of cables require 3 fixing brackets and 1 base. For each additional layer of cables, an extra fixing bracket is needed.
 

Aluminum Alloy Fixing Bracket:

The aluminum alloy fixing bracket comes in various sizes to accommodate different types of cables. The smallest size is suitable for 4mm standard Category 5 cables, while the largest size can hold up to 10mm fiber optic cables. The number of cables that can be placed on each layer varies depending on the size of the aluminum alloy fixing bracket, ranging from a minimum of 6 cables to a maximum of 24 cables.
 

Installation Guide:

The aluminum alloy fixing bracket should be installed on any type of ethernet cable tray with a base installed first.
Choose a base of the appropriate length based on the size of the aluminum alloy fixing bracket.
Different types of fixing screws are used for different types of cable trays.
Each layer is secured to the lower layer using two sets of male and female screws.
The top cover can be replaced with an aluminum alloy fixing bracket or a custom-made cover plate.
